Steve is Chairman of the Somerset Patriots of the Independent Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. He is also founding Chairman of Flemington Car and Truck Country family of dealerships and is a three-time Oscar nominee as a producer of documentary films. A cancer survivor, Kalafer now counsels newly diagnosed cancer patients and devotes much of his time to charitable pursuits. He was recently honored by Somerset County’s Resource Center for Women and Their Families for his support of programs to prevent domestic violence.
